Bag Pickup Instructions

Getting Your Bags Ready

  1. 1Leave your bags outside your front door before the Friday 4pm–8pm pickup window starts, if you won't be home.
  2. 2Text us at 808.997.1034 with the number of bags you're leaving out.
  3. 3Tie bags securely closed.
  4. 4Keep delicates and dry-clean-only items out.
  5. 5If you have a comforter or pet bedding, let us know in your text so we can grade it separately.

Delivery

Your clean, folded laundry will be left back at your door Sunday between 9am–5pm. We'll text you when it's dropped off.

Please indicate if it's okay to leave at your door if you are not home.
